If the package says delivered according to the tracking information, but you did not receive the package, please contact USPS to put a trace on the package. Orders placed after 3pm may not be shipped until the next business day. ![]() If you place a second order before your first has shipped, we will combine the orders to save you postage and credit back the overage. When you order multiple items, we always do our best to pack everything into one box to save you postage and credit back shipping overages to your charge card. There may be an additional shipping charge for this service. If you need an item delivered by a guaranteed date, please let us know BEFORE you place your order. We ship and insure all products via USPS First Class or Priority mail. If a return is lost or damaged, it is your responsibility, so keep in mind insurance and tracking when shipping. We suggest that you return items the most economical yet safest way. * Lastly, we ask that you limit your returns to items purchased in that last 30 days. Basically, don’t use the item and keep it in its original packaging. * We ask that you only return items that are unused and in sellable condition. * We also are unable to take back DVD’s (unless they are defective and then only for replacement). * Closeout and special order items cannot be returned. * We can’t take back open packages of items (ex. * We can’t take back opened or used chemicals. * Please no returns or silver wire or sheet. We can find out what’s coming back and the reason it didn’t work out.
